A good illustrator can capture the essence of a person or a character without having to make the illustration look exactly like the person it is based on. And this is precisely what Anna Rettberg has done in the following illustrated mashup of popular television characters from various shows.

Huh…so of the TV shows I watch, I got all of them…except for the guy from Chuck. I don’t watch that show, so I thought it was Jim Halpert 🙂
First reaction to Walter from breaking bad was ‘is that Gordon Freeman??’ Followed by, ‘did I miss another new show….’
heehee.. Liz Lemon and Dwight were the one’s that popped out for me. There are definitely many that I don’t recognize though. I’m a pop culture failure.
I got all of them except Walter from Breaking Bad (stopped watching it after the first season), and didn’t know Sheldon’s name but knew it was the guy from The Big Bang Theory. Love this!
