Since this was only my first month charting, I’m not 100% sure when I ovulated. However, if I got by what Fertility Friend says, I ovulated on January 14th and I am now 5 weeks pregnant.
If I go by my last menstrual period, I am 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant.
My first OB appointment isn’t until February 19th, so I can’t be sure until then. However, I am going to play it safe and go by the ovulation date, which puts our due date on October 7th and I am now precisely 5 weeks pregnant.
The baby is now the size of an apple seed and resembles a tadpole.
People say that weeks 5-8 are the most important developmental times during the first trimester; just this week alone, the baby is forming major organs (heart, kidney, liver, stomach) and systems (nervous, circulatory, digestive)!
I am being extra, extra cautious for this reason. The Superbowl is this Sunday (go Saints!) and J said I could have one beer at the Superbowl party. However, I will not risk even that — if I do have that beer and something goes wrong with this pregnancy and I will never forgive myself.
Aside from the Superbowl, I am extra concerned about next week. My grandfather is very ill so my mother will be going to Korea for a week. I will be watching her store by myself. Although she has forbidden me from doing any strenuous work, I’m scared of being on my feet all day and just being under that extra amount of stress.
My mother seriously considered canceling her trip for my sake, but I told her to go — it’s her father, and this may be her last time seeing him. She says she will never be able to look J in the face if I miscarry this child, because she will undoubtedly blame herself for leaving the store to me for an entire week. I am fervently praying that the week will be uneventful and stress-free.
Thank you, I’ve recently been searching for info approximately this subject for a while and yours is the greatest I have came upon till now. However, what in regards to the conclusion? Are you positive in regards to the supply?|What i don’t understood is in truth how you are now not really a lot more neatly-liked than you may be right now. You’re very intelligent.
